Our Story - Chocolate meets Nhiär
Sarah recreated a recipe her mother used to make to create a unique chocolate experience for any occasion or no occasion at all. She is excited to share her chocolates which are dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, salt-free, and sourced from fair trade certified organic producers allowing the health-conscious consumer to enjoy a delicious treat.
As a chocolate maker, she is redefining the art of possible with chocolates as one explores preferences - flavors, consistencies, and combinations.
An important step in the chocolate making journey for Sarah was to maximize the use of eco-friendly packaging that could be reused or recycled by the recipient of the chocolates.

Our chocolates are created with you in mind. The ingredients are made to satisfy the needs of our health-conscious consumers who want to indulge in the occasional treat. It is hard to find chocolate without emulsifiers, stabilizers, dairy, and refined sugar. Our goal with these plant-based chocolates is to provide you with delicious chocolate in a vegan friendly, plant-based form.
In addition to being plant-based, these vegan chocolates are – dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. We source high-quality ingredients and source the cacao used in our products from fair trade, organic producers.
Made with high-quality and sustainably sourced ingredients (i.e., organic, ethically sourced cacao), Nhiär Chocolates are made with love for you as well as our environment. Our chocolates are vegan and in addition to being refined sugar-free, the plain ganache chocolates are also salt-free.
NOTE THAT OUR CHOCOLATES ARE MADE ON SHARED EQUIPMENT THAT ALSO PROCESSES MILK, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOY PRODUCTS AND EGGS.
